Connect Todopi to your ChatGPT and Claude

You can view, add, edit, and delete tasks, lists, subtasks, comments, and reminders. Some actions, such as adding attachments and inviting members, are only available in the app.

• Connect Claude Code & Codex on Mac: your own Plus plan or higher

You cannot use these connections in a workspace that has paid features through another member’s support. Check the purchase screen in the app for the differences between plans.

1. In ChatGPT or Claude, open the screen for adding a custom connector (custom MCP server).
2. Enter “Todopi” as the name and the following URL, then add it.

   https://mcp.todopi.app/mcpCopy

3. When the Todopi page opens, sign in with the Apple or Google account you use for Todopi and press “Allow connection”.

• Claude: Use custom connectors
• ChatGPT: Connect to custom MCP servers (Depending on your ChatGPT plan, the connection may be unavailable or read only.)

In Todopi for Mac, Settings > “Connect to ChatGPT & Claude” shows the Claude Code command and Codex configuration. Copy them and configure Claude Code and Codex. The connection is available only while Todopi for Mac is running.

• Lists, tasks, subtasks, comments, and reminders in workspaces you belong to
• Attachment contents and members’ names and email addresses are not shared with AI
• When connecting to ChatGPT or Claude, choosing “Read only” prevents AI from making changes in Todopi

Content shared with AI is handled according to each AI service’s terms.

Remove Todopi from the connector settings in ChatGPT or Claude. For the Mac app, remove Todopi from the settings in Claude Code or Codex.
